For Grounded Impact, reconciliation isn't a tick box activity, an outcome, or even a goal. Reconciliation is a journey, and we bring all of our curiosity, humility, and respect along for the trip. 

We are big advocates of the Uluru Statement from the Heart. All of our evaluation practices are grounded in a critical indigenist feminist lens and aligned with the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies Code of Ethics. We will always support local Aboriginal owned business as our first preference. 

Australia was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

Everyone is at a different stage on their journey and each community and organisation will need a different level of support from us. At Grounded Impact, we hope to build the skills and capacity of everyone we work with, to empower them to make positive, sustainable change in their community.
